Everyone needs someone to talk to, whether it’s a family member, friend, spiritual leader, or someone else with whom you feel connected. If you’ve ever felt better after getting something off your chest, then you know what I mean. Therapy is often a place where we are free to share and explore the issues that challenge us all at one time or another: relationships (romantic, family, etc.), stress, life transitions, parenting, anxiety, and more. And this is why so many are willing to try therapy for a change, to at least explore another avenue to help them through these life challenges.

Many of us are looking to increase our happiness and joy, reduce our frustrations and suffering, and improve our relationships with ourselves and others. The dilemma (for most of us, anyway) is that we’d like all these things to happen without changing too much ourselves. My aim is to assist people in creating the change they would like to see.
