Everyone needs someone to talk to, whether it’s a family member, friend, spiritual leader, or someone else with whom you feel connected. If you’ve ever felt better after getting something off your chest, then you know what I mean. Therapy is often a place where we are free to share and explore the issues that challenge most of us at one time or another: relationships (romantic, family, etc.), stress, life transitions, parenting, anxiety, and more. My approach is one that respects where you are in your process, building the therapeutic relationship to help you move forward.
